Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
*or* 2 cans (5 oz. each) boned chicken
Hot buttered cooked noodles
Method:
Melt butter in large pan. Add mushrooms and green peppers and saute. Blend in soup, cheese, and sour cream. Stir in chicken.
Heat over low heat to serving temperature. In the meantime, have the noodles cooking and serve chicken mixture over noodles.
